Terra Academia and LinkedIn launch the Green Skills Observatory.
🚀 Terra Academia and LinkedIn are launching the Green Skills Observatory, a tool designed to analyze the spread and promotion of jobs and skills related to ecological transformation among the French working population.
Follow the dynamics of the greening of jobs
By monitoring the dynamics of the greening of jobs at the territorial level, the observatory aims to encourage the debate on the challenges of employability, training, and attractiveness of professions within the context of profound economic and social transformation.
An annual survey resulting from the Observatory’s work will be published each year.
The objective ? Track the evolution of green skills within the active population in metropolitan France based on information declared by the more than 30 million french LinkedIn members (aggregated and anonymized data) as well as Terra Academia’s qualitative analysis. This cross-disciplinary approach makes it possible to draw comparisons at the national and regional levels, identify ongoing professional shifts, identify the most sought-after skills, and highlight new professional opportunities emerging from the ecological transformation.
